4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Refunds for services may be requested within 7 days from the date of service activation. Requests after this period will not be accepted. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, a service transfer can be arranged upon agreement with SmartHomeHub support.

4.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of information products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact SmartHomeHub support to address the issue.

4.3 Physical Products

Physical products are eligible for refund provided they are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, SmartHomeHub will process refunds using the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that customized or personalized devices are non-refundable.
